Cindy Kilbourne is an author, freelance editor, and freelance ghostwriter with over fifteen years of experience.

You’ll never find her without a book in hand. An avid reader from childhood, some of her earliest literary loves include Romeo and Juliet, and Grimms’ Fairy tales. She spends her days writing, drinking entirely too much tea, and hanging out on her farm.

She studied at The University of Arizona, earning a BA in English literature and creative writing. While there, she worked as an editorial assistant for The Fairy Tale Review.

Cindy works as a freelance editor in Arizona and would like to branch out and take on new clients. She's edited manuscripts from a variety of genres, including contemporary fantasy, romance, young adult, new adult, fairy tale retellings, and high fantasy.

 

She also has an extensive background in fairy tales, young adult fiction, renaissance literature, and fantasy.
